Full resurfacing of an existing elevated deck — stripped down to the frame, rebuilt with TimberTech composite decking in a warm natural tone. The double stair system was completely rebuilt from the stringers up. Westbury aluminum railing installed throughout, code-compliant post spacing, and a clean transition to the yard.

Full Deck Resurfacing

This homeowner had a structurally sound deck frame but a surface that had seen one too many Minnesota winters — boards cupping, checking, and fading. Rather than a full tear-out, we stripped it to the frame, confirmed the structural integrity, and rebuilt from there.
The decking surface is TimberTech composite in a warm walnut tone — hidden fasteners throughout, so there are zero exposed screw heads. The double stair system was completely rebuilt from the stringers up with new PT framing and matching composite treads. Westbury aluminum railing runs the full perimeter: code-compliant post spacing, clean powder-coat finish, no maintenance required.
